📢 Important Public Notice
In compliance with the Gazette Notification CG-DL-E-07042025-262329 dated 07 April 2025 issued by the Department of Financial Services, Government of India, we hereby inform that Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank and Saurashtra Gramin Bank are hereby amalgamated into Gujarat Gramin Bank with effect from 1st May 2025. The location of the Head Office shall be at Vadodara. The branches and other units of Gujarat Gramin Bank will continue to provide services to the customers.
⚠️ Due to System Migration Activities at Gujarat Gramin Bank:
- A. All digital banking services (ATM, UPI, IMPS, ECOM, AEPS, NEFT, RTGS, Mobile/Internet Banking, etc.) and Cheque Clearing Services will remain temporarily unavailable from 30-09-2025 to 03-10-2025.
- B. Banking Services at all branches will remain temporarily unavailable from 01-10-2025 to 03-10-2025.
📝 To avoid inconvenience due to service disruption, we request you to plan:
- A. Your Digital transactions on or before 29-09-2025
- B. Transactions at branches on or before 30-09-2025

📢 મહત્વપૂર્ણ જાહેરખબર
ભારત સરકારના નાણાકીય સેવા વિભાગ દ્વારા ૦૭ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૫ ના રોજ જારી કરાયેલ ગેઝેટ સૂચના CG-DL-E-07042025-262329 ના પાલનમાં, અમે આથી જાણ કરીએ છીએ કે બરોડા ગુજરાત ગ્રામીણ બેંક અને સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગ્રામીણ બેંકનું ૧ મે ૨૦૨૫ થી ગુજરાત ગ્રામીણ બેંકમાં એકીકરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જેનું મુખ્ય કાર્યાલય વડોદરા ખાતે રહેશે. ગુજરાત ગ્રામીણ બેંકની તમામ શાખાઓ ગ્રાહકોને સેવાઓ પૂરી પાડવાનું ચાલુ રાખશે.
⚠️ ગુજરાત ગ્રામીણ બેંકમા તકનિકી માઈગ્રેશનના કારણે:
- (A.) તમામ ડિજિટલ બેંકિંગ સેવાઓ (ATM, UPI, IMPS, ECOM, AEPS, NEFT, RTGS, મોબાઇલ/ઇન્ટરનેટ બેંકિંગ વગેરે) તેમજ ચેક ક્લીયરિંગ સેવા તા. 30-09-2025 થી તા. 03-10-2025 સુધી અસ્થાઈ રીતે બંધ રહેશે.
- (B.) તા. 01-10-2025 થી 03-10-2025 સુધી તમામ શાખાઓમાંબેન્કિંગ સેવાઓ અસ્થાઈ રીતે બંધ રહેશે.
📝 સેવા ખોરવાતા સમયે અસુવિધા ટાળવા માટે, અમે આપને વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે તમે નીચે મુજબ આયોજન કરો:
- A. તમારા જરૂરી ડિજિટલ નાણાકીય વ્યવહારો તા. 29-09-2025 સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરો
- B. શાખામાં કરવાના વ્યવહારો તા. 30-09-2025 સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરો
